Po!

I'm starting on a new show at work, and I'm extremely excited. Nico Marlet is probably my favorite character designer of all time. In case you were wondering, I actually do these types of construction studies when I need to learn a new character.

and here, I tried to make up my own poses.

  3. I love your blog so much man. It's helping me a lot on how to simplify what I see. I was wondering if you could do a post on body twisting. Maybe some shorthand ways of drawing a simple twist in the body and things to think about. I'm not sure if thats too basic of a subject but I would love to hear how you would break that down.

  4. I was hoping you'd do more posts with construction of "big", as in fat, characters. I find them rather challenging to draw.

  5. Your stuff blows me away man, I love how you take the time to think things out and study. On your previous post about story boarding I about soiled myself. Your perspective and sense of motion is amazing, How do you doo that!?
